Preparation of ceremonial cacao
1. Amount of cocoa
For one cup of cocoa, cut 20-25 grams of cocoa on a cutting board with a kitchen knife.
2 . Heating
Heat 150-250 ml (vegetable) milk, water or half a cup of fresh coconut milk and half a cup of water.
Do not heat this above 80°C!
3. Blending
Add the finely chopped cocoa to the milk and add a sweetener (e.g. agave, honey, etc.).
Blend this mixture with a food processor or blender.
Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!
